Activating This Resident Glory

When we were born into this world, we were born into sin. We had never committed an act of sin when we were born, but we were just as guilty as Adam because we came from Adam. In just the same way, when we accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior by faith and were born of God, we inherited a victory over the forces of darkness that we never earned. Our ability to live as a free child of God that has fellowship with the Father and deliverance from the law of sin and death was given to us as a gift through the offering of the spotless Lamb upon the cross.

Col 2:14-15 - “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”

Just as Adam, when he sinned was carrying all of humanity in his loins; Jesus when he went to the cross was carrying all of humanity in his loins. Jesus was the 2^nd Adam and he put to death the first Adam. He completely stripped the devil from any power over humanity. The Bible says that the ‘strength of sin’ is the law. Sin is only a stronghold over a person’s life when they don’t have a revelation of the fact that Jesus blotted out and nailed the law to his cross. The strength of sin has been broken. We are free through the atonement of the blood of Christ.

After the crucifixion, burial, resurrection, and ascension, God sent the Holy Ghost to be our guide and comforter to lead us into all truth.

Acts 1:8 - “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

God has endued us with power to enforce the victory of Christ. Jesus called the Holy Ghost the Spirit of Truth. He will impart divine revelation into our heart that will expose the defeat of Satan and the Lordship of Christ. The way to maintain our victory over the devil is simple:

John 8:31-32 - “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

We are called to live by faith. We must continue in His Word. The Word of God is our life source. Christ is the vine, and we are the branches. When we abide in the Word, the Word abides in us.

1 John 1:7 - “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”

If we walk in the truth, we have fellowship with the truth. We have had a radical transformation take place in our spirit man through the new birth. Now we must have a radical transformation in our mind in order to experience the benefits of Christ’s victory over the devil. Faith awakens our true identity, or we really are. Faith causes what was dormant with reference to divine endowments and causes them to come to life.

1 John 5:4 - “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

We get faith by hearing the Word of God with our spiritual ear and receiving it. The only way that the devil can be active in our life is if he can get us to yield our thought life to him.

Romans 8:6 - “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”

God has given us a choice to choose life and blessing, or death and cursing. The way that we choose is by what we accept, meditate on, and eventually release spirtual power in the form of words. We have been given this victory through the grace of God, but we must continually choose to continue in the Word.

The initial start-up cost of online business is crucial to your success in a home based business. Many people only think of themselves when starting a business. Many people that are able to jump into high ticket programs do so because they have the financial ability to do so. But we must think about the ’average person’ that is hungry to make money from the comfort of their own home.Call it what you want – “price point”, “start-up cost”, “price threshold” (the initial fee to get registered and started in an online opportunity), but it is crucial that this amount is not priced too low, or too high.

High Ticket Programs
There are a couple problems with businesses that are too highly priced. When deciding on a home based business, you must view each opportunity from the perspective of the ‘Average Joe’. Think about the school teacher, the car salesman, the stay at home mom, the police officer, etc. With a high ticket program, you will have tremendous fallout. What is fallout, you ask? This means that the majority of people that view your opportunity will be immediately disqualified because of the price. I believe the ‘price threshold’ is $1000. Anything over $1000 is way to much for a business. Maybe it is not too much for you or me. But the average person does not have more than $1000 to start an online business. Another problem is that most people that are looking for a home based business have never ran on online business before, or if they have they probably don’t know what they are doing, or else they wouldn’t be looking. They would already be successful in their own niche. These kind of people don’t know or understand the costs of running a successful online business. They don’t understand the costs of continual advertising, maintenance fees, websites, hosting etc. Even if people look at an opportunity that is $3000, most normal people think that is all they need to get started making money. Here is a secret most people don’t know. The number 1 most important thing to running a successful online business is not a great product, but knowing how to drive quality traffic to your website. There are people that don’t even have a good product, but they are making thousands a week off the internet because they know how to drive tons of traffic to their websites. Here is an example: If a business costs $1000 to get started, and you make $1000/sale, it might costs $100-$200 in advertising to get one sale. And it might only take you 200-300 visitors to your site to make that sale. If this same program costs $3000, it might take you $1000 in advertising to get that one sale. And it would take 800-1300 visitors to get that one sale.Here is one other thing to think about. How many people do you know that would invest over $1000 to join an opportunity without speaking to someone? If you join a program that is over $1000, you will more than likely have to be great on the phone.
Low Ticket programsThere are also a couple problems with low ticket programs. I have been involved in a number of low ticket programs. They are very difficult to make any kind of life-changing income. Think about it, why are people looking to start a home based business? They want to change their life! Making a $25 fast start bonus never changed my life. I made a little bit of money with small ticket items, but never enough to get me out of the cycle of my ‘JOB’. Plus, it takes the same amount of time and money to market a low ticket item as it does a high ticket item. As I have tested this over and over again, I spend the same amount of money in advertising costs to make $1000 sales consistently as I do to make $70 sales. This might blow your mind, but I make way more sales at a $1000 price point than I do at a $70 price point.
